On December 7, 2021, I launched the challenge to do yoga for 30 days. Here we are more than a month after the start of this challenge.

Did I succeed in my yoga challenge after all this time ?
Have I failed the challenge I set for myself for the third time?

How to succeed in what you want to do?

Did I fail the yoga challenge?

The answer is no. No, I didn't fail fully my challenge. I explain to you.

Do I have practiced yoga for 30 days ? No, I've done it three times.

Did I meet my goals related to this challenge? Yes ! I'll explain how it was done here.

Introspecting all this, I realized that I had chosen my challenge wrong. It wasn't yoga that I should have chosen, but rather meditation. I realized that I preferred to take a quiet and meditative moment than to do the yoga postures.

I clearly didn't not implemented all these tips. Usually this is done alone. Effectively, when I correctly determine a new lifestyle habit, that I vibrates really this choice, that it corresponds well to what I need… it happens alone.

This is the central and essential point: Find the reason for implementing this lifestyle habit. All other advice depends on it.

Find the block to success

A look back at my yoga challenge goals

I had described the goals I was looking to achieve by taking on the yoga challenge. Here they are :

The first two points, either Be able to set up a regular sporting practice And Play a sport regularly to maintain my muscles, were successful, because I started cross-country skiing again approximately every two days, thanks to the snow that started to fall when my yoga challenge was launched.

Take time for my well-being

THE fourth point, either Take time for my well-being, I realized it by making time for it in my schedule, but in different ways than yoga: reading, L'food, THE sport, see the people that I love, give me some time all alone…

Getting out of my comfort zone, because I don't master yogic techniques

Finally, the third and the last pointSurpass myself by doing this challenge that I failed twice and Exit from my comfort zone, it happened daily in the majority of things I have accomplished while walking in my truth.
